Welcome to Chatbot Smart AI Assistant (the “App”), provided by SwiftNest LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the App.
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the App:
App Usage Data: General information about how you interact with the App (e.g., preferences, settings, features used).
Text & Prompts: The text, prompts, or files you choose to input when using chat, email drafting, or art generation features.
Subscription Information: Data related to purchases, such as subscription status, which is securely managed by Apple’s App Store.
Optional Voice Data: If you use voice input, the microphone captures your speech and Apple’s built-in speech recognition transcribes it. Audio is not stored by SwiftNest LLC.
We do not collect or store personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or payment details. All payments and billing are handled by Apple.
We use collected data to:
Provide and improve app features (chat, email assistant, art generation).
Maintain free-tier limits and unlock Premium features.
Ensure reliable app performance and user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
Apple: Manages billing, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
Service Providers: We may securely transmit your text and prompts to third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI or similar) to generate responses.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Your chats and usage history are stored locally on your Mac.
You can export or clear chats anytime from the app’s Settings → Data & Storage.
We do not store your personal data on external servers controlled by SwiftNest LLC.
You may disable microphone and speech recognition permissions at any time via System Settings → Privacy & Security on macOS.
You may delete all local chat history from within the App.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store → Manage Subscriptions.
The App is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us to request deletion.
We use industry-standard measures and Apple’s secure APIs to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted within the App and/or on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
