Usage Data
We may automatically gather some information when you access the service via or through a mobile device, including, without limitation, the platform of your account, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use.
Technical Data
Additionally, in order to provide a better user experience, we have integrated data statistics tools in the app, they do not collect any sensitive user data and are used solely for crash targeting and A/B testing of new features and designs, such as device information (Screen Size, OEM Name, Model), Device system information (OS Name, OS Version, OS Build, System Language, Carrier Country) and Application information (App Name, App Build, APP Version Number, SDK Name, SDK Version).
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our platform, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Personal Data
The app may process your personal data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. The personal data of users collected and used by our service includes in particular: phone number/email address which we will receive once you contact us, the Google Advertising ID (GAID) designated in your Android device used in accessing our services, and Internet Protocol Address (IP Address).
Conversation Data
To provide AI responses, our service processes the text prompts and content you input. As detailed in Section 3.4, this data is transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate answers.

3.4 AI models and third-party service providers
Our Application functions as an intelligent interface that allows you to interact with various third-party Artificial Intelligence models (collectively, “AI Service Providers”). To provide the AI conversation functionality, the prompts and content you input will be transmitted to the specific provider of the model you have selected.

Data Transmission and Usage
Encrypted Transmission: All user inputs are transmitted via secure, encrypted protocols (HTTPS) to the AI Service Provider selected at the time of the query.
No Model Training: We do not use your conversation content to train or improve our own algorithms. While we utilize enterprise-grade API access (which typically prevents providers from using your data to train their base models), we encourage you to review the “API Data Usage” sections of the respective providers listed above.
Processing vs. Storage: Your conversation content is stored on our servers to enable continuous service and improve performance. Third-party providers may retain data for safety monitoring and compliance purposes as outlined in their policies.
Important Safety Notice
No Sensitive Information: You are strictly advised not to input sensitive personal information (such as passwords, credit card number, ID numbers, or confidential health data) into the chat.
Third-Party Limitation: We have no direct control over how third-party AI providers manage data once it is transmitted to them. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for the data handling practices of these independent providers.
The security of your information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the Personal Data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. While we use generally accepted standards to protect your data during transmission and storage, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure. Therefore, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information when transmitted through our apps or customer service functions.
