• We prioritise getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we will process and dispatch it within 24-48 hours.

2. Please note the following estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched

• Bulacan: Same day to 1-2 business days

• Luzon (Outside Bulacan Area): 2-3 business days

• Visayas & Mindanao: 2-3 business days

3. Expect confirmation notifications when your order has been successfully shipped out and again when it is out for delivery.

4. Cancellations 

   • Only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

5. Returns & Refunds 

   • We offer a 24-hour return policy from the date you received your purchase. If 24 hrs have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We highly recommend you look over your order as soon as you get it. Regrettably, we aren't able to cover return shipping, but we'd be happy to guide you through the return process.
