We prioritize getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we strive to process and dispatch it within the next 24 hours.

While we aim for prompt delivery, please note the following estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

• Bulacan Area: Same Day to 1-2 business days

• Luzon (Outside Metro Manila): 2-3 business days

• Visayas & Mindanao: 4-7 business days

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to fast processing and the immediate payment of shipping fees, we maintain a strict cancellation policy:

• Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

• After this 1-hour window, your order will be processed, and the shipping fee will be paid to schedule a pick-up with our courier. As a small business, these shipping fees are non-refundable to us once initiated.
