ORDER PROCESS

Here's a step-by-step guide to how your AV Essentials order will be processed, ensuring your genuine gemstones are prepared with care and delivered to you seamlessly.

Order Process

1. Complete Your Checkout Form:

   • Begin by filling out our secure checkout form with your order details and shipping information. Please ensure all details are accurate for a smooth process.

2. Personalized Order Assistance:

   • Once your form is submitted, a dedicated AV Essentials team member will personally reach out to you. They will assist you with any questions, confirm your order details, and ensure everything is perfect before proceeding.

3. Order Confirmation (Via Email/Phone/Messenger):

   • After verifying and confirming your order details with our team, you will receive an official order confirmation email. This email will summarize your purchase and serve as your reference.

4. Payment Options: We offer two convenient payment options for your AV Essentials order:

   • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay for your order in cash upon its arrival at your doorstep.

   • Other Payment Methods: For those who prefer to pay in advance, we also accept payments via Gcash and Bank Transfer[BPI, BDO, and CBS]. Your order will be processed for ritualization and shipping once COD or non-COD is confirmed.

5. Payment Acknowledgment (Via Email):

   • As soon as your payment is successfully received (for non-COD orders) or your COD order is confirmed, we will send you a payment acknowledgment email. This confirms that your payment has been secured (or your COD order is ready for dispatch)

6. Ritualization & Preparation (No Rush Shipping):

   • Please note that we do not offer rush shipping, and shipping would take 2-3 business days after COD or non-COD is confirmed. Each Charmed by AV item is unique and requires a dedicated process of ritualization, cleansing, and blessing to infuse it with positive energy and align it with your intentions. This sacred preparation takes time and is essential to our commitment to you. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we prepare your special piece.

7. Complimentary Nationwide Shipping:

   • We are delighted to offer FREE standard shipping nationwide across the Philippines! Once your item has been ritualized and prepared, it will be dispatched to your doorstep at no additional shipping cost.
