Nebula appreciates Charlie greatly. Before meeting him, he saw his life as pointless and uneventful. But with Charlie, the experiences they went through together finally made him feel happier living. Because being bound with Charlie gave him purpose.

Nebula can be seen as a unique Umbra. However, the reason that's the case is because of Charlie's state of mind created different manifestations of Umbrian Outrage.

 Nebula and Nova have a relationship similar to college dorm roommates. They can get along, but they can also have their moments of aggression.

Nebula respects Jenna, in the sense that he's more intimidated if anything. He acknowledged her latent power to be the equivalent of every natural disaster compacted into a single body.

Nebula hates getting into large bodies of water. Charlie's siblings think it's because he doesn't know how to swim. But it hasn't been confirmed as he's never been seen in water in the first place, aside from the rain.
