Effective date: September 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ChargeFlow, developed and published by bingoMb (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the ChargeFlow mobile application (“the App”).
1. About ChargeFlow
ChargeFlow allows users to browse, preview, select, and display live wallpapers and charging animations on compatible Android devices.
The App may also allow users to select compatible video files from their device and use them as wallpapers or charging animations.

Prevent abuse
Meet applicable legal obligations
3. Video and Media Files
ChargeFlow may allow you to select compatible videos or other supported media files from your device.
When you select a file:
The App accesses the file only to provide the feature you requested.
A copy or reference to the file may be stored locally in ChargeFlow’s private app storage.
We do not upload your personal selected video to our own servers.
We do not independently view, collect, sell, or share the contents of your selected media.
Removing a file from ChargeFlow may not delete the original file from your device.
You can manage or delete original media through your device’s file manager or gallery application.

Firebase Analytics may automatically process information such as:
App interactions and events
Screens or features used
Session information
App launches and usage activity
General device and app information
App-instance or installation identifiers

We do not intentionally send the contents of your personal videos, local file paths, filenames, contacts, messages, passwords, or similar private media information to Firebase Analytics.
Firebase Analytics information is used primarily for analytics, product improvement, and understanding how ChargeFlow performs.
5. Firebase Crashlytics
ChargeFlow uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect crashes, application errors, non-fatal errors, and other technical problems.
Crashlytics may automatically process information such as:
Crash logs
Stack traces
Relevant application state when a crash occurs
Device and operating-system information
App version and configuration
Diagnostic information
Crashlytics installation identifiers

We use this information to:
Diagnose crashes
Investigate bugs
Improve reliability
Monitor application stability
Identify problems affecting multiple devices or users
Google states that Crashlytics automatically collects crash stack traces, relevant application state, device metadata, and a Crashlytics installation UUID.
6. Firebase Installation and Session Information
Firebase services may generate identifiers associated with a particular installation of ChargeFlow.
These identifiers help Firebase services:
Distinguish app installations
Associate crash reports
Measure sessions
Provide analytics and diagnostics
Maintain Firebase service functionality
These identifiers are not ChargeFlow user accounts and do not require you to provide your name, email address, or password.
7. Google AdMob and Advertising Data
ChargeFlow uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information such as:
Device IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
App interactions such as launches, taps, and video views
Diagnostic and performance information
App launch time
Hang rate
Energy usage
Android advertising ID, where available
App Set ID
Device or account-related identifiers where applicable
Google states that this information may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes and is encrypted in transit.
Advertising information may be used to:
Display advertisements
Provide personalized advertising when permitted
Provide non-personalized or limited advertisements
Measure advertising performance
Limit ad frequency
Detect invalid traffic
Prevent fraud and abuse
Improve advertising reliability
Advertising providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
We do not independently sell information that directly identifies you.
8. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Depending on your location, ChargeFlow may use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display consent or privacy messages.
Users in regions such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable locations may be asked whether certain information can be used for personalized advertising or related purposes.
Available choices may include:
Personalized advertisements
Non-personalized advertisements
Limited advertisements
Advertising vendor choices
Consent withdrawal
Updating previous privacy choices
Where required, ChargeFlow may provide a privacy-options entry point so users can review or change applicable advertising-consent choices.
You may also be able to reset or delete your Android Advertising ID through Android privacy settings.
9. Cloudflare and Remote Wallpaper Delivery
ChargeFlow uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including services such as Cloudflare R2 and Cloudflare Workers, to provide remote wallpaper content and catalog information.
When ChargeFlow connects to these services, Cloudflare may process technical network information necessary to deliver content, which can include information such as:
IP address
Request information
Network and connection information
Basic device or browser/application request information
Security and diagnostic information
ChargeFlow uses these services to:
Load wallpaper catalogs
Download wallpapers
Load wallpaper previews
Deliver app content
Improve availability and performance
Personal videos that you import from your own device are not intentionally uploaded to our Cloudflare storage.
10. Device Permissions and System Capabilities
Depending on your Android version and which features you use, ChargeFlow may request or use the following permissions or system capabilities.
Internet access
Used to:
Download wallpapers and previews
Access ChargeFlow’s remote wallpaper catalog
Communicate with Firebase
Load advertisements
Communicate with Google services
Access other online functionality
Media or file access
Used to let you select compatible video files for use as wallpapers or charging animations.
Where supported, ChargeFlow uses Android’s system file picker so you choose which specific file the App can access.
Notifications
Used to display notifications relating to active background or foreground services where required by Android.
Display over other apps
Used when necessary to display a charging animation or visual effect over another screen.
This permission must normally be enabled manually through Android settings.
Foreground service
Used to keep charging-detection functionality active where required by Android so ChargeFlow can respond to charging events even when the App is not open.
Battery and charging status
Used to determine battery percentage and whether the device is connected to power.
Disabling required permissions may prevent some ChargeFlow features from functioning.

ChargeFlow does not require an account and does not maintain a direct user-profile database.
As a result, we may not possess information that can reasonably be linked directly to you.
For information controlled independently by Google, Cloudflare, or advertising providers, you may need to use their privacy tools or contact them directly.
14. Children’s Privacy
ChargeFlow is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13 or the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country.
We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children.
Firebase, AdMob, and other integrated services may process technical information as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
This Privacy Policy and ChargeFlow’s Google Play declarations should be reviewed again before intentionally offering the App to children or changing the App’s declared target audience to include children.

17. International Data Processing
Google, Cloudflare, their affiliates, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Those countries may have different privacy and data-protection laws.
