By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Charades Party is an offline party game. The App may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.
The App is suitable for all ages. Minors should use it with parental supervision.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.
You may not:
Copy or modify the App
Reverse engineer
Use for unlawful purposes
Processed via Apple/Google
Prices may change
Non-refundable except where required
Auto-renew unless canceled
Charged before renewal
Duration shown before purchase
Managed via App Store / Play Store settings
Deleting app does NOT cancel subscription
Convert to paid unless canceled
Unused trials may be forfeited
We do not collect personal data. Payment and subscription data are handled entirely by platform providers.
The App uses:
Accelerometer
Local storage
All processing is local.
Platform services may handle:
Payments
Reviews
Sharing
The App may include Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
However:
We do not track users
We do not collect or share data for advertising
ATT permission does not affect functionality
All rights belong to Agvonix.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for:
App issues
Subscription handling by platforms
Device problems
Loss of local data
You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
Applies based on relevant jurisdiction.
