Agvonix ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Charades Party mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The short version: we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
Charades Party is designed to function entirely offline. We do not collect, process, or transmit any of the following:
Personal information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Photos, contacts, or media
Health or fitness data
Financial or payment information
Browsing history or search data
We have no user accounts, no login system, and no registration of any kind.
The App stores a small amount of non-personal preference data locally on your device using your operating system's standard storage. This data never leaves your device and includes:
Game settings (round duration, number of rounds, team count)
App preferences (theme, language, haptics)
Game counter (used only for rating prompt timing)
This data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App uses your device's accelerometer:
Processed in real-time only
Never stored or transmitted
Used solely for gameplay gestures
We use system-level services provided by Apple and Google:
In-App Review (StoreKit / Google Play)

These are handled entirely by the platform providers. We do not collect or access any data from them.
The App includes the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework provided by Apple.
We do not track users across apps or websites
We do not collect data for advertising or tracking purposes
The ATT prompt, if shown, is displayed only for platform compliance
Your choice (Allow / Ask Not to Track) does not change data handling, as no tracking occurs
We do not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13. The App:
Has no ads
Has no social features
Has no user-generated content sharing
We do not share or sell data because we do not collect any data.
We do not store any data on servers. Local data remains until:
App is uninstalled, or
App data is cleared
Under GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD:
No personal data is collected
Therefore, all rights are inherently satisfied
Local data is protected by your device’s OS security (sandboxing and encryption).
No data is transmitted. No cross-border transfers occur.
We may update this policy. Continued use means acceptance.
Data Not Collected
We do not collect any data.
The App does not engage in tracking as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. Even if the ATT prompt is displayed, no tracking occurs.
