Privacy Policy for Chaos Break: Brick Ball Frenzy

This privacy policy applies to the mobile application Chaos Break: Brick Ball Frenzy (hereby referred to as "Application") created as a Free, Ad-Supported game with optional In-App Purchases. This service is provided "AS IS" and is available on mobile platforms including Android and iOS.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
We do not require you to provide any personally identifiable information (such as your name, physical address, or phone number) to play the game.
In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency
The Application offers optional in-app purchases, including non-consumable items (such as a "Remove Ads" feature) and consumable digital goods (such as virtual "Coins").
All financial transactions are processed entirely and securely through the respective platform's native storefront: Google Play Billing (for Android users) or Apple In-App Purchase (for iOS users). We do not collect, process, or store your raw financial information, such as credit card numbers, bank account details, or billing addresses on our servers. We only receive secure verification of the purchase from the storefront to grant your account the appropriate digital items or features.
Refund Policy and Local Storage: All purchases of consumable virtual goods (Coins) are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Furthermore, your game progression and virtual coin balances are saved locally on your device's internal storage, not on external cloud servers. If you clear the Application's cache/data, perform a factory reset on your device, or uninstall the Application, all accumulated virtual currency (both purchased and earned) will be permanently deleted. Lost virtual currency resulting from device changes, uninstallation, or data clearing cannot be restored, recovered, or refunded.
Third-Party Services and Advertising
The Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for the purpose of serving advertisements and analyzing game performance.
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use advertising identifiers—such as the Android Advertising ID or the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)—and cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this Application or other websites. For iOS users, access to the IDFA is subject to your device's App Tracking Transparency permission settings.

Log Data
Whenever you use the Application, in a case of an error or app crash, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics. This data is used solely to fix bugs and improve the performance of the game.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will take the necessary actions.
Data Retention and Deletion
We will retain user provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at the email provided below and we will respond in a reasonable time.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
