2. Summary
Chaos Soft Skill Coach is designed to help you practice communication and soft skills through guided scenarios, dialogue practice, reflection, and progress tracking. We aim to collect only what is necessary to operate the App and to be transparent about how information is used.
3. Information the App may process
Depending on how the App is configured and which features you use, the App may process:
3.1 Information you provide in the App
Examples include scene descriptions, goals, roles, notes, chat-style practice messages, reflections, and skill-related inputs you choose to enter. This content is used to deliver features inside the App (for example, generating practice dialogue or storing your sessions locally, if applicable).
3.2 Technical and diagnostic information
Like many apps, the App may automatically process limited technical information needed for stability and security, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash diagnostics, and performance data. If third-party analytics or crash reporting is enabled, that provider may receive certain technical data according to its own policies.
3.3 AI-assisted features
If the App uses artificial intelligence features (for example, to simulate a conversation partner or provide coaching-style feedback), the text you submit as part of those features may be sent to an AI service provider to generate responses. Do not submit sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, full financial account numbers, health information, or passwords) unless you understand and accept the risks.
