If you don't already do it, you should make it a habit to Change your Outlook password frequently. This allows you to keep away unauthorized users and create your account more secure.

You can change the password to get Your Outlook.com account as well as inside the customer apps on your own computers. Setting those kinds of Options are what's going to allow you to recover your account should you ever lose Your own password.
