Conference Opening and Keynote Speech

The keynote: Reflecting towards Professionalism - Reflecting on our profession

The speaker:

Prof. Eric Koenig of Nuremberg Institute of Technology (Nuremberg Tech)

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Eric Koenig is Professor of Technical and Business English and academic head of the Language Center at Technische Hochschule Nuremberg. Originally an engineer with nearly three decades of experience in industry, he has been teaching EFL and ESP at the tertiary and adult level since 2005. His research interests include learner motivation as well as multimedial methodology and content of tertiary level English for technical majors, particularly with regard to their relevance to actual practice. 

 

  

  

Presentations will be 20 minutes in length with 10 minutes for questions and discussion. 

A dedicated wifi will be up for the duration of the conference. The network name is conference, the password is challenges.
