👥Respect & Capacity

• To preserve the serenity of Wallace Lake and ensure respect for our neighbors, we prioritize peaceful stays to maintain the calm of the area.

• The maximum capacity is 6 guests (3 bedrooms), and the person responsible for the reservation must be 21 years old or older.

🏠Your space

• Your stay takes place on the main floor, fully furnished for your comfort.

• The basement has no drywall, but it is perfectly clean, cozy, and transformed into a game room. We have set up several family-friendly activities for you to enjoy upon arrival. This level also contains technical installations, but your privacy remains fully preserved.

⚠️House rules

• • Smoking is prohibited indoors.

  • Pets accepted upon request.

  • Access to the indoor wood-burning fireplace is possible with prior approval.

💧Eco-responsability

• Living by the lake also means respecting its natural cycle. The property is independently supplied by an artesian well and a septic system.

• We count on your collaboration to use water responsibly, and we kindly ask that you only flush the toilet paper provided on site. This small gesture helps protect the environment and ensures the proper functioning of our facilities.

• Use of soap in the lake is prohibited : phosphates found in hygiene products cause the growth of toxic blue‑green algae.
