The Game uses the Meta, formerly Facebook, SDK to measure app installations, understand advertising performance, attribute installations and in-game events to advertising campaigns, analyze app activity, and improve advertising effectiveness.
Depending on the permissions granted by the player, the SDK configuration, and the features enabled in the Game, Meta may receive or process information including:
App installation, activation, launch, and session information;
In-game events and interactions that we choose to report;
Device model and operating system information;
App version, language, region, and technical information;
IP address;
General location derived from an IP address;
SDK-generated identifiers;
Vendor and advertising identifiers where permitted;
Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers where authorized through App Tracking Transparency;
Advertising campaign and attribution information;
Diagnostic information related to SDK operation and event delivery.
Meta may use this information to measure advertising performance, attribute installations and events to advertising campaigns, produce aggregated analytics, detect fraud, and improve advertising delivery.
Meta processes information according to its own policies and applicable terms.
Meta Privacy Policy:
https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
The presence of the Meta SDK does not give the Game access to a player’s Facebook password, private Facebook messages, contacts, photographs, microphone, camera, or precise location.
Unless the Game separately provides and clearly identifies a Facebook Login feature, the Meta SDK is not used to create a Facebook account or sign the player into Facebook.
On supported iOS devices, the Game may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or tracking activity across apps and websites owned by other companies.
If you grant permission, authorized advertising and attribution services, including Meta and Adjust where applicable, may use the device’s advertising identifier to:
Measure advertising performance;
Attribute an installation to an advertising campaign;
Attribute in-game events to an advertising campaign;
Improve advertising measurement and delivery.
If you select “Ask App Not to Track,” deny the request, or if permission is restricted, we will not authorize access to the Identifier for Advertisers for cross-app tracking.
Declining tracking permission will not prevent you from accessing the core features of the Game.
You can review or change tracking permissions through:
iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
Changing this setting does not necessarily delete information that was lawfully collected before the setting was changed.
Where required, the Game may display a privacy and data notice before activating optional analytics or advertising measurement services.
If you accept, the Game may initialize authorized analytics and attribution services and process information as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you decline, optional analytics and advertising tracking that requires consent will remain disabled. Declining optional analytics or tracking will not prevent access to the Game’s core features.
Your selection may be stored locally so that the Game does not need to ask for the same choice every time it is launched.
Where available, you may change your choice through the Game’s privacy settings or the operating system’s privacy settings.
Depending on your location and the type of information involved, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
Your consent;
Performance of a contract with you;
Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the Game;
Compliance with a legal obligation;
Protection of our rights and the rights of others.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before consent was withdrawn.
We may share information only as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may share information with companies that provide services necessary to operate, analyze, secure, distribute, or improve the Game. These may include:
Analytics providers;
Advertising attribution providers;
Cloud hosting and storage providers;
Crash reporting and diagnostic providers;
Fraud prevention and security providers;
Customer support providers;
Platform and distribution providers.
These providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and contractual obligations.

We may provide app event, device, attribution, and advertising measurement information to Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliated companies through the Meta SDK.
Meta may process this information as a service provider or as an independent controller, depending on the service and applicable law.
We do not directly sell personal information to Meta. However, certain advertising or measurement activities may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “cross-context behavioral advertising” under some privacy laws. Where required, these activities will be subject to consent or applicable privacy choices.
Information may be processed by Apple when you download, install, update, purchase, or use the Game through Apple services.
Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and agreements.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of players, the public, or us;
Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations;
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If the Game or its related business is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not directly sell personal information for money.
Certain advertising attribution or measurement activities may be classified as a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under the laws of some jurisdictions.
Where applicable, you may exercise relevant rights by declining tracking permission, withdrawing consent, changing device privacy settings, or contacting us using the information provided below.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide and operate the Game;
Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
Maintain security and prevent fraud;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce agreements;
Comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected, legal requirements, and the retention practices of our service providers.
Locally stored save data may remain on your device until you delete the Game, clear the Game’s data, or replace the saved information.
Meta, Adjust, Apple, and other service providers may maintain their own retention periods under their respective privacy policies.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
However, no electronic transmission, software system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we or our service providers use appropriate legal safeguards for international data transfers.
