個人簡歷


陳柔賢醫師1987年自中國醫藥學院醫學系畢業之後,就進入長庚醫院服務迄今。他於1991年完成神經內科專科醫師的認證,在神經科學的領域內孜孜不倦,在臨床服務與學術研究上斧鑿深刻、多所建樹。在30多年的長庚生涯中,陳柔賢醫師的簡歷可以分為三部分略述如下:

(一)   行政經驗豐富,在優越的執行力下,開創許多新的方向:

(a)   於2004-2015年,10年的動作障礙科主任職內,建構「經顱超音波黑質症密度自費檢測」、「帕金森治療中心」。其中帕金森治療中心,目前登錄有九百多位病人,是全台灣唯一且完整的前趨型態病人追蹤體系。

(b)   協助陸清松醫師接任第一任神經內科系系主任後,神經內科一、二科科系整合的規劃與系統制度,仍然運作迄今。

(c)   協助規劃並成立「神經科學研究中心」,且擔任第一期和第二期臨床神經生理學組負責人。

(d)   2011-2013出任台灣動作障礙學會理事長,創辦第一屆「帕金森氏病暨動作障礙台灣國際研討會(TIC-PDMD)」,每二年一次,明年已經邁入第五屆,每屆參與人數達六百人以上,成為亞太地區單一學會最重要的國際會議之一。

(e)   2015年再次籌備創辦第一屆「台灣國際神經醫學大會」(ITCN)首屆,與會者有13個國家1000人以上,同樣的2019年的第三屆(ITCN)與會者更達1200人以上。

(f) 2019年六月起接任第22屆台灣神經學學會理事長,負責第17屆亞澳地區神經學聯盟大會AOCN「Asian Oceanian Congress of Neurology」,此會議是Asian Oceanian Association of Neurology (AOAC)的官方會議,將有20個國家代表齊聚台灣,共襄盛舉。

(二) 學術研究積極,在良好的合作脈絡中,規劃前瞻性的研究方向:

(a) 自1995年起,擔任14個科技部研究計畫的主持人,19個科技部計劃的共同主持人,12個長庚研究計畫的主持人,和2個國衛院研究計畫的共同主持人,發表在SCI論文有92篇。

(b) 基於前述的(一)的行政經歷,建立了豐富的人脈網絡,和許多國際知名的研究單位負責人熟識,並進行廣泛的合作。如英國倫敦大學Quean Square of Neurology and Neuroscience Center、日本Ugawa教授、韓國BJ教授、荷蘭Bonifati教授等。

(c)   和國內多所研究單位有廣泛的合作,並和長庚大學的詹曉龍教授、陳思文教授、李冠逸副教授、張雅如教授等聯名進行研究計畫。

(三) 教學態度認真,在確實的親自參與中,成就提攜後進的成果:

(a)   規劃建立的「經顱磁刺激術實驗室」於2004年提出,2005年完成並招募黃英儒醫師自英國留學回國後加入,一年後交棒給黃英儒醫師,而此實驗室目前發展很好。

(b)  協助陸清松教授規劃NRC,並帶領葉篤學醫師、賴思佳醫師完成升任主治醫師的論文 (CV中的論文No.32, No.50),並成為動作障礙科內Neurogenetics的主要負責人。

(c)   協助林衛邑醫師於臨床研究中進行大量帕金森病歷的收集,於2019年將重要成果發表在JAMA,陳柔賢醫師和黃英儒醫師為共同指導作者。

(d)  積極提攜後進並幫忙規劃臨床方向與研究視野:2016年協助馮博裕醫師完成升遷的論文,指導他進入「神經可塑性」的研究領域,目前馮醫師正在英國進修博士學位;2017年協助林宜穎醫師完成升遷的論文,指導林醫師進入「睡眠醫學」與「超音波介入治療」的領域;2019年協助Fellow陳翊捷醫師投稿完成升遷的主論文,指導她進入「帕金森氏病非動作障礙」的領域;目前仍繼續開創「神經退化性疾病步態異常量化評估與介入治療」的研究方向。
