個人簡歷


陳景宗教授1979年畢業於台灣大學動物系動物生物組,於1981年赴美在伊利諾大學香檳校區獲得生理及生物物理學碩士與博士學位,之後1987赴波士頓大學醫學院從事博士後的研究,並於1990年轉往麻州醫學院擔任講師,從事有關神經生理與細胞生物的研究。1993年返台在長庚大學藥理學科擔任副教授,開始有關藥物成癮和帕金森氏症的動物模式開發與相關的研究工作,並於2003年開始擔任生理暨藥理科主任一職,2005年升等教授後於2008年擔任生物醫學研究所所長一職至今;期間並於2007-2016年間,兼任國立政治大學神經科學研究所教授。陳教授長期以來參加台灣藥理學會、生理學會以及基礎神經學會的活動並為學會會員,並且擔任數屆生理學會與基礎神經學會理事,協助學會辦理各項學術活動和研討會,目前並擔任科技部生物司型態及生理醫學學門召集人一職,並且擔任Biomedical Journal和中國生理學期刊的執行編輯。


陳教授長期以來的研究以藥物成癮為主,利用神經化學與行為表現作為研究的主軸,並以細胞株實驗探討特定蛋白的細胞訊息傳導機制,活體實驗以行為致敏化和場地制約行為為主,最近成功開發光遺傳學的技術應用於神經迴路的分析,以探討成癮記憶與藥物復犯的神經投射路徑;另外也利用小分子核醣核酸分析甲基安非他命行為致敏化的分子機制。此外,基於對大腦多巴胺系統的興趣,研究團隊也開發帕金森氏症的動物模式,研究側腦室幹細胞對帕金森動作障礙的影響,以及左多巴誘發病變動物產生異動症的成因,最近則探討帕金森失智症與腦部免疫反應的關聯。這些研究確認陳教授在多巴胺研究領域上的專精和深入。
