個人簡歷


梁助理教授畢業於國立陽明大學生理學研究所博士班(1997-2001),師承於潘震澤教授,修讀期間主要研究多巴胺神經元第二及第三型受器對雌鼠下視丘結節漏斗多巴胺神經元的日變週期節律的調控,優異研究成果榮獲第一屆國際腦研究機構的獎助金(IBRO School of Brain Function, 2000)。之後前往美國兩間實驗室繼續博士後研究,先是位於賓州大學暨費城兒童醫院Coulter, DA教授實驗室(2001-2007),主要研究星型膠細胞與丙胺基丁酸神經元之間的一個胺基酸代謝路徑(麩醯胺酸-麩胺酸循環;Glutamine-Glutamate Cycle;GGC)如何調控海馬迴神經元的丙胺基丁酸突觸效能,及GGC在導致癲癇發作所扮演的角色。之後前往馬里蘭大學醫學院巴爾地摩校區McCarthy, MM及Alger, BE教授實驗室(2007-2008),期間主要研究雌二醇媒介麩胺酸神經元突觸效能改變,進而導致雄幼鼠腦去女性化的細胞機制,此外也研究發育過程中海馬迴神經元釋放內源性嗎啡胺(Endocannabinoids)的突觸細胞訊息機制。期間因出色的研究成果也被晉升為副研究員(2008)。梁助理教授於2009加入長庚大學生理學科教職至今。任教期間曾獲國科會優秀研究人才獎(2011),受邀擔任紐西蘭皇家科學院院外研究計畫審查委員(2014),獲中華民國專利(2019),所指導的研究生也連續獲得生物醫學聯合學術年會中國生理學會論文競賽第三名及長庚大學生物醫學研究所碩士論文競賽第二名的佳績(2017~2018)。目前主要的研究方向包括大鼠腦女性化(Feminization)的細胞機制及古科鹼及安非他命轉錄胜肽(Cocaine- and amphetamine-regulated transcript peptide ; CART)對大鼠投射到胃及盲腸的迷走神經運動背核神經元的放電活性及突觸輸入的調控等。
