I was first introduced to D&D while serving in the Army while stationed in South Korea back in 2001. It was a great way to pass the time, but after leaving Korea I gave up playing for a while. I was brought back into D&D after a friend introduced me to Acquisitions Incorporated. After watching they play D&D Next, eventually 5e, I was pulled back in and haven’t looked back.
I was thankful to find Common Ground Games to learn D&D 5e and start playing. It wasn’t long before I wanted to try my hand at DMing. I have learned how to DM from some great people and learned to make it my own. Adventure’s League is a great way to get into to D&D and something I’m thankful for. I love the pick-up and play aspects of Adventure’s League, but also want to make your character come to life.
Everybody has a different play style and all are welcome at my table. All I ask is that you are respectful of the different playstyles and come to have fun. I believe in the “Rule of Cool” and will seek it out. Everyone that comes to my table deserves a moment in the spotlight should they want it.
