Adult Meal Form 

Each adult (13 years and up) needs to fill out the form.  

DO NOT fill out for YCON attendees choosing OPTION 1 OR 2 on YCON registration!

Specific menus for conference will be available approximately June 1st.

Must sign up for meals before June 19th.

Typical breakfasts always include a yogurt bar, cereal, oatmeal, and toast options along with a main course such as eggs/bacon/potatoes, build your own breakfast burritos, pancakes/sausage/toppings, egg bakes/cinnamon rolls/home fries.

Typical lunches always include a salad bar and dessert along with a main such as taco bar, soup and sandwich bar, hamburgers/hot dogs with picnic salads and fries, BBQ pork sandwiches with sides, chicken wrap bar, etc. 

Typical dinners always include a salad bar and dessert along with a main such as pasta bar, sesame chicken stir fry/rice/veggies/egg rolls, baked ham/mashed potatoes/gravy/veggies/rolls, roasted chicken/mashed potatoes/gravy/veggies/rolls, stuffed peppers/rice/veggie/roll, meatloaf/mac and cheese/veg, etc.
