Our Mission

Foster the love for girls' lacrosse while preparing the players to compete at any age level, learning how to be a team, and have fun! 

• Develop individual skills: passing, shooting, cradling  and, foot movement 

• Understand and grow the concepts of offense and defense 

• Teach respect for teammates, coaches, and officials 

At the end of the season, we hope the girls had a positive experience and continued excitement about learning and growing their lacrosse careers.
