Prom Details and Forms

2019 PROM and AFTER PROM INFORMATION

PROM

CFHS Prom will be held at the Cleveland Brown Stadium on Saturday, May 18th from 7pm-11pm.

Prom tickets will be sold during lunch in Commons on April 24, 25, 26 & 29– cash or check made payable to Chagrin Falls High School.

Prom tickets are $85 per person.

A registration form with a parent/guardian signature MUST be completed and turned in to purchase Prom tickets.

AFTER PROM

After Prom will be held at CFMS on Sunday May 19th from 12am to 4am.

After Prom is free of charge and open to all juniors and seniors of CFHS & their prom dates, regardless of whether they attend prom.

If your child registers for After Prom but does not arrive by 12:30am, they will not be admitted and the student’s parents will receive a phone call.

All attending After Prom must remain at CFMS until 4:00am.

All guests will be subjected to a passive, non-invasive breath analysis prior to entering these events.

FORMS

NO student or guest will be admitted to Prom and/or After Prom WITHOUT a completed registration form.

To be completed by each CFHS Junior or Senior attending Prom and/or After Prom

To be completed by 9th & 10th grade CFHS students and non-CFHS* students attending Prom and/or After Prom

Note: The Junior or Senior CFHS student AND their guest must both sign the responsibility statements on the guest form

* Chagrin Falls students wishing to bring a date who does NOT currently attend CFHS to Prom and/or After Prom must submit a completed Guest Registration Form for approval from the CFHS Administration before purchasing tickets

Clarification of required forms:

  • If a CFHS Jr and Sr go to prom/after prom together, both will complete a separate Jr/Sr Form – no guest form will be required
  • If a CFHS Jr or Sr brings either a CFHS 9th or 10th grader OR a guest from another school, we should receive one of each of these forms back…1) the Jr/Sr’s form, and 2) a guest form where that Jr/Sr will sign their required section re: student responsibility; and their guest will sign their section re: student responsibility; and if the guest is from another school, in addition, their admin from their school will also sign in that assigned section.

Looking for a place to order flowers?

On April 29th boutineers and corsages will be sold during lunch periods by Hope Blooms, an organization which employs females coming from human trafficking situations. Boutineers are $15 each and corsages are $30-$35. Checks can be made payable to Helena Piller.
