DEFINITION OF CERTIFICATIONS

Certified Recruit (CR): Recruit 3 new associates (either personal or for the team) from 3 families as an independent trainer in any 3-month rolling period.

Certified Producer (CP): Complete 3 families'  (not 3 applications) financial strategies with applications (fixed life, fixed annuity or securities) as an independent trainer in any 3-month rolling period. All 3 families can be either personal clients or from the team.

Certified Field Trainer (CFT): Complete both CR and CP (CR & CP can be achieved in different 3-month rolling periods)
