### 1. What Data We Collect
We intentionally limit the data we collect to the absolute minimum necessary for the App to function.
- **User Prompts (Text Data):** The only data we collect from you is the text descriptions (prompts) you manually type into the App to generate award certificates, trophies, or badges.
- **No Personal Data Collected:** We do NOT collect, harvest, or store personal identifiers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details. We do not require you to create an account.
- **Device Photos:** The App requests access to your device’s Photo Library **only** if you choose to save a generated image to your device. We do not read, scan, upload, or collect your existing photos.
### 2. How We Collect Data
- **Direct User Input:** Text prompts are collected only when you explicitly type them into the text box and press the "Generate" button.
- **System Permissions:** Photo library access is requested via standard iOS/Android permission dialogs strictly for the purpose of saving your final artwork locally.
### 3. How We Use Your Data
The text prompts you provide are used for one single purpose:
- **Generating AI Imagery:** To process your request and generate the visual design (certificate, trophy, plaque, or badge) you asked for. We do not use your prompts for marketing, tracking, or profiling.
### 4. Third-Party AI Services & Data Sharing
To generate your designs, the App must process your text prompts using external Artificial Intelligence (AI) rendering services. **We do not share any personal identifiers with these services, only the text prompt you provide.**
Before any text prompt is sent to these third-party services, the App will present a clear disclosure and require your explicit consent.
The specific third-party AI services your text prompts are shared with are:
1. **OpenAI, L.L.C.:** Used strictly for enhancing and structuring your text prompt for better image generation results.
2. **Replicate, Inc. / Black Forest Labs:** Used strictly as the image rendering engine to turn your enhanced text prompt into a visual design.
**Equal Protection Guarantee:** We confirm that any third-party AI service the App shares data with is contractually obligated to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are prohibited from using your text prompts for any purpose other than providing the API service to generate your requested image.
### 5. Data Retention and Security
- We do not store your text prompts on our own servers. Once the prompt is processed by the third-party AI service and the image is returned to your device, the transaction is complete.
- All communications between the App and the third-party AI services are encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
### 6. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Because we do not collect personal identifiers from any user, no personal data of children is stored or transmitted.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
