# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the developer of AI Award Certificate Maker ("Developer," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This Agreement governs your use of the AI Award Certificate Maker mobile application (including all related documentation, updates, and upgrades) (the "App").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT; (B) REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT; AND (C) ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APP AND DELETE IT FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.
### 1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:
(a) Download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you strictly in accordance with the App's documentation.
(b) Access, stream, download, and use on such mobile device the content and services made available in or otherwise accessible through the App, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
### 2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You shall not:
(a) Copy the App, except as expressly permitted by this license;
(b) Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the App;
(c) Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the App or any part thereof;
(d) Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the App;
(e) Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the App, or any features or functionality of the App, to any third party for any reason.
### 3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate award certificates, trophies, plaques, and badges ("Generated Content") based on user prompts.
(a) **Ownership:** To the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain the rights to the prompts you provide. The Developer does not claim copyright ownership over the Generated Content you create using the App.
(b) **Prohibited Usage:** You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, highly offensive, or violates the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or privacy rights of any third party.
(c) **Service Providers:** You acknowledge that text prompts are processed through third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI and Replicate/Black Forest Labs). Your use of the App is also subject to the acceptable use policies of these third-party providers.
### 4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
The App may offer premium features, recurring subscriptions, or in-app credit purchases.
(a) **Payments:** Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
(b) **Auto-Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
(c) **Cancellation:** You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
### 5. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
Your privacy is important to us. The App does not collect personal identifiers or modify your existing photo library. The app requests access to your device's photo library solely to save the Generated Content you choose to export. Text prompts are temporarily sent to secure third-party AI APIs strictly for the purpose of generating your requested design. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
### 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, DEVELOP
