Welcome to the official Petition Subject Pre-Enlistment Portal of the Department of Civil Engineering and Railway Engineering Management, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

This platform was developed to support the university’s academic operations by facilitating a more organized and data-informed process in identifying student demand for subjects not initially offered in the semester. By providing early data on subject demand across our four academic programs—BS Civil Engineering (BSCE), BS Railway Engineering Management (BSREM), Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (DCET), and Diploma in Railway Engineering Management Technology (DREMT)—the department can better assess and recommend the offering of petition subjects based on curriculum needs, available teaching personnel, and institutional capacity.

Students are advised to use this platform responsibly and accurately. Completing this form is an initial step that aids the department in evaluating which subjects may be opened upon meeting the required number of interested students. However, please be reminded that submission through this portal does not constitute official enrollment. This pre-enlistment is conducted for planning and evaluation purposes only.

All students must still submit their official petition request through the PUP Student Information System (SIS Tools), accessible at 🔗 https://apps.pup.edu.ph/sisstudent/Login

Requests are subject to evaluation and approval by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA). If approved, official tagging and enrollment of petition subjects will be conducted during the adjustment period through face-to-face appointments coordinated by the department.
