Dr. Yeong Jae Kim is an associate professor at KDI School of Public Policy and Management and affiliated scientist at RFF-CMCC European Institute on Economics and the Environment (EIEE). The CMCC Foundation – Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change, in partnership with Resources for the Future (RFF), the energy and environmental economics think tank based in Washington DC, launched the European Institute on Economics and the Environment (EIEE).
