Çengel (“the app”) is a word game you play on your device. No account is required. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the game.
Data stored on your device
Your coins, stars, unlocked levels, whether ads have been removed, and whether you have seen the tutorial are stored only on your device. This information is not sent to us and is not kept on any server. Deleting the app deletes this data, including any coins you purchased but have not spent.
In-app purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases: coin packs and “Remove Ads”. All payments are handled entirely by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We never receive your card details, name or billing address. Apple and Google process this information under their own policies:
When a purchase is completed, only the product you bought is recorded on your device. If you delete and reinstall the app, you can restore your “Remove Ads” purchase using the “Restore Purchases” option in the app. Coins are consumable items and cannot be restored.
Advertising
The app shows rewarded video and full-screen ads through Google AdMob. You can earn coins by watching ads. If you purchase “Remove Ads”, full-screen ads will no longer be shown. You can still choose to watch rewarded videos if you wish.
To show and measure ads, Google processes data such as your advertising ID, device information, IP address, approximate location and ad interactions, in accordance with its own policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Personalized ads depend on your device’s advertising ID. To turn them off:
iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads
In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google’s consent screen appears before any ads are loaded. You can change your choice from this screen.
If you contact us
You can email us to report a problem at gitarakorlariapp@gmail.com. When you do, we receive the text you write, the app version, your device type and your current level. We use this correspondence only to respond to the issue you reported.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone in this age group.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or your game progress. Advertising data is processed by Google AdMob as described above, and payment information is processed by Apple or Google. If required by law, relevant information may be shared with the competent authorities.
Changes
If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page and the date at the top will change.
