CELLO LESSONS

I’m a professional cellist living in Woodbury, Minnesota. I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in cello from Boston University, where I studied with legendary pedagogue George Neikrug. I have experience teaching all levels of ability, using a mix of Suzuki and traditional methods. My goal is to foster a love of music and to help students gain the skills and confidence they need to perform. I’m happy to work on what they need most, whether it’s solo or ensemble music, and to use their interests to help shape my lesson plans.

I teach at my home in Woodbury, near Royal Oaks Elementary, and have a flexible schedule, with late afternoon, evening and weekend lesson times. Lessons are $30 per half hour and the first trial lesson is free of charge.
