New UN party to help the poor, promote freedom, and traders : vote Humanitarian Traders on the discord vote channel
What Parliament/Execs can't do
No Overkill Guidelines
-Don't try to bribe people to vote a certain way or punish people voting a certain way in UN Elections or Parliament Elections
-UN law may only discourage/encourage actions with a logical reasons.
(These reasons include conflict resolution, cultural instillment, economic progress.)
Real Life Limits
-Guidelines/decisions may only measure ingame or discord acts/events.
-Guidelines/decisions shouldn't punish people with legit real life reason for not being available
Economic Protection
-No free stuff for anybody (they must have done a reasonable amount of work to earn the stuff)
-No money given to people who say they aren't part of the UN
-No making it nearly or fully impossible for the IRS Auditor to enforce loan repayment on anybody
Understandable Laws
-No guidelines/decisions which are written so that someone can change how they work after the guideline/decision is passed
-Guidelines/decisions may not be misleading or present claims that are hasty generalizations/slippery slopes
-Guidelines/decisions may noy be overly vague/wordy. Guidelines/decisions are overly vague when it's unclear what the purpose of the guideline/decision is or what the guideline/decision would actually do.
-Guidelines/decisions may not be nearly impossible to follow.
-Guidelines/decisions should only list the purpose and what the guideline/decision does (Admin may also add formatting like voting history and written history to bills)
-Guidelines/decisions may not be useless or purely symbolic.
Guideline Naming
-Guidelines must have names that are uniquely identifiable which either
indicate what the guideline does or the person who originally thought up the guideline
