Making a Stock

• To make a stock, simply go to the stock market channel on the discord and post your company info there

Post Instructions (these are also on discord)

• Each stock should specify whether it's limited or unlimited shares

• You should have a company that your stock is tied to, that company can then list services it's providing on the discord (or can just sell items on the shop ingame)

• You should specify what % of company profits go to dividends (dividends pay people who own your shares)

• You can also specify other perks besides dividends

Unlimited Shares

• There's no initial price of shares

• Instead you just put money into the company and that amount of money determines what percent of the stock you own

Limited Shares

• You issue a set amount of stock (you can have rules about issuing more)

• Instead you just put money into the company and that amount of money determines what percent of the stock you own

Dividend Perks

• Companies allocate a % of their monthly profits to dividends 

• Dividends pay investors based on the % of stock they own

Examples of Other Perks

• Voting on Company decisions

• Access to Company Property/Secret Shops

• Reports of Information that's normally classified

• I won't go to war with you/target you

Trading Stock

• Stocks normally can be bought from other people or the company

• The company can restrict/eliminate trading of stock between people

Stock Refunds

• Companies can choose whether they'll offer refunds (once they promise they will they have to)

• Companies must offer refunds if they engage in false reporting that makes their company seem significantly better than it actually is (this can be taken from player/storage)

• If you're inactive with no sign you'll return, you will be asked by Admin whether you plan on returning, if you don't provide a reliable plan on returning soon then your stock can be liquidated by the Civil Service Director, the result will be every investor gets a refund of whatever is in your company assets (this can include player/storage/land assets) 

*land asset seizing may be limited by country/nation law the land is in
