Server Abandoners

All criteria must be met for a player to be considered to have abandoned the server.

-Has not given a major life event reason for why they are going to be inactive.

-If a player for one month has not been online with at least 5 minute play session ingame.

Alternatively banned members are considered to have abandoned the server if Admin do not create an appeals process or banned members have exhausted their appeals opportunities. 

Finally people who declare they’ve quit are considered to have abandoned the server.

Prosecuting Abandoners 

Once a ticket is filed on an abandoner then they will experience loss of Party/Parliament position. (They are considered no longer a player until they unabandon the server).

Nations will experience lost of the influence points that person provides

Please note that Party/Parliament position loss and influence point loss can be reversed upon the abandoner rejoining ingame.

Nation Abandoners 

If nation's leadership abandons the server (see abandoners) the following happens…

-The rules of succession set out by leadership shall be used unless they don’t exist.

If a nation's members abandon the server then the nation loses the influence points that abandoner provides

Executive Impeachment

⅔ Parliament Vote can enact an impeachment of…

-Executives.

Once an impeachment is enacted the impeached is removed from office.

If someone abandons the server, you still have to impeach them from these positions.

The intention of this system is that Players could hold a Parliamentary Emergency Reelection and then conduct an Impeachment after the Emergency Reelection.
