Gluon and Dark agreed to be one faction during the Viper Realm Season

Gluon and Dark would each have a seat on a Senate which would decide all laws/gov constitution with +50% vote

Gluon would be President which had powers to declare war, draft people to fight in wars, and make people pay taxes/do stuff during wars

Dark would be Minister of Justice which could convict people of breaking the law causing them to be kicked from Viper Realm or banned from server for breaking Faction Law

Dark would be Minister of Diplomacy so he could make treaties for the Viper Realm (but couldn't declare war)
