Gluon buys Senate Seat for Kingsplay and then Lumos

Viper Realm goes to war with Institute and annexes them using subterfuge

Military Reforms

• ✅Military Branches (Cobras, Pythons, Boas) established

• ✅Military Generals and Commanders (Deputy Generals) established

• ✅Mercenary System to hire people to fight for Viper Military established

• ✅Air and naval ship designations added

• ✅War can only be declared with Senate approval

• ✅Created Viper Veteran Troops Committee to represent veteran soldiers (lead by Gluon)

Economic Reforms

• ✅Limits Presidential power to change accounts/market

• ✅Decimals and negative credits removed 

• ✅Everyone's volume of money will be equally lowered. (Couldn't apply to foreigners)

• ✅Gluon had Cloudz (foreigner) report himself for a crime ; Gluon then had the court convict Cloudz to take his money away 

• ✅Government account is destroyed. Gluon's account becomes government account.

• ✅Asteroid Mining Program (and Modified Ore Standards Act) is declared over

Gov Reforms

• ✅Made it so bills are binding to future Senates/Acting Presidents

• ✅Deputy Pres Roles (Treasurers/Judges)

• ✅PM now can sign treaties for the Viper Realm

• ✅Ministry of Economy, Director of Labor, Ministry of Defense established

• ✅Ministry of Justice reestablished

• ✅Changing price of all items in the Viper Realm Online Shop to be cheaper

• ✅Price of Senate Seats can be immediately changed without waiting a week

Justice Reforms

• ✅Double jeopardy protection added along.

• ✅No changing punishments once they're assigned.

• ✅Penalties reformed so government can't just steal your stuff/send police into your house to kill you over and over again unless you broke a law.

• ✅Senate must vote in order for citizens to be removed from faction.

Viper Bill of Rights

• ✅Right to only receive certain reasonable punishments (see constitution).

• ✅No forced labor by government in peace.

• ✅No double jeopardy for crimes.

• ✅No war strategy taking private stuff.

• ✅Ability to participate in gov for citizens. 

• ✅Citizens may lobby senators. 

• ✅Citizens may pay for others's senatorship. 

• ✅Right to freely use credits and keep credits.

• ✅No law discrimination.

• ✅No laws restricting voting or speech (except if speech is misleading or during war shares explicitly declared secret intel by Pres).

• ✅Laws may not deprive citizens of resources, credits, or property.

• ✅Laws may not force labor from citizens.

Senate Justice

• ❌Convict Gluon for mismanaging the economy resulting in Caesar losing money due to what Gluon was calling "inflation" (Gluon changing the valuation of money)
