-Created a new Constitutional Amendment/Appeal to make it so Gluon could remove Dark from the court if needed✅

-Zone land for Gluopolis, only rich with 300k or more (also their servants) allowed inside, Gluon is made Marketing Chief and can sell custom lore tag foods at overpriced amounts✅
