-Ambassador position added. UN will negotiate with NonUN Towns. Ambassador has salary ✅

-Several needless laws axed. Several laws simplified ✅

-Provided Parliament with much needed vacation ✅

-Relieved Dark from Magistrate since he's already dealing with a lot of Judge work ✅

Exchange

-Reallocate the building for Exchange Gov to instead be only for Stocks/portals with fee access, the building is now known as the Stock Market✅

-Rezone lands in east UN HQ for building maze, spleef, Lunar Creeper Church, Luck Room, one rental plot, Castle for UN Monarch, Hospital with fees to get effects, Graveyard for Tis and Wilbur✅

-Embassies (used for international shops) were raised to $10 rental fee✅

-Resident rent (used for homeless who needed housing since Towny prevented doing things outside of claimed lands) was raised to $100✅

-Put MayoAddict's rental plot up for sale (but they still have to pay rent) if they join they could withdraw plot from sale✅

- Increase prices for western UN HQ border shops to 5k per chunk✅

-Zone lands for roads, rentals, 20k shop plots right outside of homeless shelter, UN Nationalized Shop, Museum/Theater expansion, shops down south end of homeless shelter (gap in fence so homeless workers can get to shops)✅
