Senate Seats are now purchasable. One Senate Seat per person.

People can sign contracts to agree to vote certain ways in exchange for someone buying them a Senate Seat.

Two political parties are established using this contract system.

Limiting President Power

• ❌War can only be declared with Senate approval

Prime Minister

• ✅Made it so Prime Minister could decide price of Senate Seats instead of Senators

• ✅Made it so Prime Minister could decide crime report reward amount

• ✅No free Senate/0$ crime report rewards

Economic Reforms

• ✅Viper Economic Reform Act (burned a bunch of credits and established rules about Gluon not ruling it sole)

• ✅Gluon can't just print money when nobody buys Senate Seats, Senate can regulate how much money Gluon can print

• ✅Gluon can't print money to buy Senate Seats

• ✅Modified Ore Standards Act (change the prices of ores/metals to encourage use of Gluon's machines)

• ❌Ore Processing Standards Act (require players modernize their ore processing or use Gluon's machines)

• ❌Credit Reform Bill (regulated privatized loans/gambling)

Foreign Policy

• ✅Pay apology fund to Caesar's Legion for the damage caused by Gluon's Faction during the Viper Civilwar

• ✅Gluon threatens people to make then use the Viper Currency

• ✅Vote to recognize Caesar Legion claim

Government Reforms

• ✅Ministry of Justice reestablished

• ✅Gluon ends the war against CrimsonKhans, ends the taxes, ends the draft (but reserves the right to do all that stuff again)
