✅Private Property Insurance; Gov must reserve a percentage of land for private property.
✅New Player Defense; Prevent New Players from being Judges, prevented contracts with New Players without Judge's approval, prevented nations from bribing New Players to join, prevented New Players from getting free stuff.

These Laws were set to expire next Parliament

✅Decency and Morals; Murder and lying is illegal.
✅State Prosecution Standards; State Prosecutor must compile files on every player.
✅ Land Management Authority; Blueprint Manager, Claim Block Manager, Gov Minecolony Manager

Dualarchy Era:

-Early Parliaments called the Council

-House of Reps that anyone can be a member of must 1/4 vote to approve things for Council Vote

-Parties picked out beliefs from a list

-Randomly AI Beliefs would be generated, if your beliefs lined up with the AI then you'd get more percent seats on the Council

-There was a rule where if you didn't get a minimum percent of the vote you weren't considered on the Council
