Pre Civilwar
(Positions were assigned and non electable)
✅Senate established (votes on changes to gov/reprimands ministries/pres)
✅President established (controls the military during war, could draft people during war, and could declare war. The Pres could force people to pay taxes during wars)
✅Ministry of Justice (controls the courts)
✅Ministry of Diplomacy (controls the diplomacy *but Pres declares war)

✅Established the price of Senator Seats, Senate could decide their price of a Senator Seat (you couldn't hold more than one Senator Seat)
(Unofficial Economic System)
✅Gluon creates the online Viper Credit Market System (you sell ores for credits, use credits to buy more metal then ores would normally produce, Gluon turns your ores into tons of metals using fancy machines and takes a tax)
✅Dark breaks the credit system and becomes super rich, Gluon then declares "inflation" and makes his money disappear, Gluon also does this to Caesar to destroy his assets as part of her anti foreign nation campaign
Diplomacy
✅Dark (Ministry of Diplomacy) agrees to allow Caesar a Embassy
✅Gluon launches a terror attack on the Caesar's Embassy (Gluon blames CrimsonKhan)
✅CrimsonKhan recruits various people to rob the Viper Realm in exchange for Quantum Armor (which was actually just leather armor named Quantum Armor)
Civilwar
President Gluon declares war on CrimsonKhanate due to them helping sponsor a robbery on the Viper Realm. Gluon declares everyone must pay taxes for the war effort. Dark refuses so Gluon orders the military NPC soldiers raid Dark's base.
✅Gluon drafts everyone and orders they pay taxes, Gluon seizes control of all NPC soldiers in the Viper Realm
✅Gluon seizes Dark's base since Dark didn't pay taxes, Gluon puts people under house arrest for not paying taxes and avoiding the draft
✅Gluon deploys troops at the bank to prevent people besides allies from using it
✅Gluon deploys troops at the shipyard to prevent people besides allies from using that
✅Gluon orders that all nuclear missiles be placed under her command (Gluon orders nuclear strikes where she claims the CrimsonKhanate is)
✅Gluon deploys "Peacekeepers" at the CrimsonKhanate border to insure peace
✅Gluon drafts the Ministry of Justice to enforce laws on people evading drafts/not paying taxes. Ministry of Justice refuses so Gluon declares them invalid since they broke the draft law.
✅Gluon arrests the Senators who fail to show up at the draft/pay taxes.
✅Gluon deploys "Peacekeepers" to seize all of the Caesar's Legion machinery. Gluon declares that they must sign a non aggression back or they won't get their stuff back
