Policies done by Executive Order

-❌All executive officer budget spending, loan, bond, or investments must be approved by the President (repealed by Parliament)

-✅Force Royal Incorporated to stop providing a slave job

-❌Referendums can be held by players directly to change budget guidelines.(repealed by Parliament)

-❌Refused to approve Treasurer purchase of private stocks except Free Trader League Stock (repealed by Parliament)

-✅Approved Treasurer Public Loan to Vicar Solutions™ to develop a Diamond Drill that was then transferred to UN (half of loan was only to be used for emergencies, loan was paid back)

-✅Approved cabinet pay for Civil Service Director/Treasurer/Pres/Chief of Staff work (approved money clawback from Chief Media Budget to pay Civil Service Director, also HT revenue was donated to Free Trader League) 

-❌Refused to approve Vicar Solutions getting 90% of the UN diamond drill profits since Gluon threatened to have her company destroy the drill since her company knew where the drill was, Parliament failed to threaten Vicar Solutions with sanctions allowing their threat to have teeth

-❌Refused to make a speech for Gluon blaming the size of the poor class for why Gluon and HT's reducing inequality efforts have been only somewhat effective

Policies done with a Parliament Deal

In exchange for anti exploitation/patent reforms HT agrees to help Gluon get debt paid off

-✅Gluon put her own money as collateral for the loans she took out for new player stock accounts, the deal is that new players give Gluon their stock accounts in exchange for liquid cash, some of that liquid cash then pays off the debt

-✅Clarify definition of exploitation (coercive/deceptive or hierarchal master servant relation beyond control over whether someone is paid for doing a task, or loophole/hidden conditions in contract)

-✅5% of patent budget one time payment for patents, patents must be documented, novel, and useful

Policies done with a Parliament Deal

Refused to vote on Gluon's new UN Jobs/Services program until Gluon agreed to freedom of speech and reduced criminal penalties

-✅Create low playing UN rival jobs to all existing private jobs

-✅$20k of Parliament money transferred to the Civil Service Director.

-✅Removed some penalties for breaking certain laws like no positive media coverage, note on business page that you violated UN,  No UN Support, created standardized penalties for breaking any law (No UN funds, must pay back UN loans, reverse of exec acts which violate)

-✅Legalize ceasefires and cooperation with other nation

Policies done with Parliament

-✅Transition the Ironbat Bond Stocks to the new system, maximize player choice by allowing players to now manage their own Ironbat investment money and having Gluon offer to buy everybody's shares for cash if they wanted out

-✅Community Farm Job, Portal Network Job

-✅Embargo Nation Leaders who try to seize property, control trade, or control travel

-✅Impeach Secretary of State Royal

-✅Cancel the 95% investment tax

-✅Clarify that predatory prices are prices that require tens or more time for a customer to just get the item themselves

-✅Updated the news to talk about gov coalitions, elections, new stock system, new jobs/services/ investments, and custom schradium nuclear developments

-✅Establish crowdfunded Free Trader League which lets investors vote on what services/jobs the company should provide

-✅Participated in the debate (which was proposed by Ladder to the Top also known as the NatCap Party)

Gluon's Actions

Gluon was a loyal ally of HT and got lots of stuff done...

-✅Got a loan from UN for Vicar Solutions™ to develop a Diamond Drill that was then transferred to UN, Gluon paid Botyeet and DarkEclipses for their help

-✅Create tons of UN Jobs/Services/Investments (includes UN Insurance/UN Bank)

-✅Create tons of Private Investments/Jobs/Services/Economic Groups (ie unions)

-✅Ordered that National Cartel and autovote contracts for sale by NatCap be removed from the market for violating UN Law

-✅Gluon's Vicar Solutions Loans for the Diamond Drill Project, Vicar Solutions Stock, and selling UN stock project raised a ton of money bringing up the revenue

-✅Gluon redistributed a TON of wealth from her account to everybody except Ironbat (the richest player besides Gluon) to bring down the gini coefficient/increase equality

-❌Get Dark to create a stock for his Buisness Intellectual Company which will operate in the next season
