Pudding failed to pay restitution so Gluon used that as a cause for war and invaded. Gluon occupied all of Pudding's land with troops.

In the Supreme Court Gluon was the Secretary of War at the time so Gluon got three votes. Gluon convinced her ally the Wineland SR to also vote in favor.

No one else had voted in the Supreme Court Election so they all got one vote.

The result was the peace treaty passed. Gluon annexed and then released the land as a Allied Soviet.

Pudding was inactive so the Sentinel Soviet asked for Pudding to become a Allied Soviet in exchange for Gluon becoming a temporary owner so Pudding's Country wouldn't be reported inactive.

Pudding refused so Gluon went to court and argued Pudding had built a very noisy machine and therefore should pay Gluon restitution since Gluon had to remove the machine as a punishment for Pudding breaking the law.
