• Garrisons: Defend the alliance and countries, repair damaged property

• Shock Troopers: Attack enemy countries, stockpile backup equipment

• Yakuza: Spy on enemy, make secret bases, subterfuge, spy on citizens, conduct commando raids

CIA

(Communist International Agency)

What is this group?

• This group exists without borders and builds bases as needed

• CIA is a group dedicated to conducting spy operations, recruiting people to Soviet Communism, and creating propaganda

Mission Statement

• Gather information to allow for Soviet Communism to have cutting edge tech, economics, and policy decisions

• Get other countries to join Soviet Communism

XCOM

(Extraterrestrial Communism)

What is this group?

• All of Gluon's Space Territory is run by an organization called XCOM

• XCOM is a group dedicated to spreading and representing Soviet Communism throughout space

Mission Statement

• Prevent new nations from getting to space

• We also want to establish tons of communist bases/red banners on planets to assert our claims

RAJ

(Revolutionary Agency of the Jacobins)

What is this group?

• This group exists without borders and builds bases as needed

• This group conducts executions, investigates crimes, and reports to Gluon

Membership

• Soviets (citizens, allies, clients) may join RAJ

Mission Statement

• Gather information to allow for Soviet Communism to ensure justice and workers pride

• Execute traitors until they repent

Department of Reeducation

What is this group?

• The Department of Reeducation create propaganda and report on the news in the Vanguard

• Soviets (citizens, allies, clients) may join (or be drafted) into the Department of Reeducation

Mission Statement

• Give the Vanguard Members news that makes them feel good about being in the Vanguard

• Inform the Vanguard Members about important laws/features in the Vanguard

What is this group?

• Commanders are local leaders of the Sentinel Soviet States

Membership

• Soviet Citizens may become Commanders by requesting a state to control

Mission Statement

• Administer the local states

• Use states as labratories of Communism

• Each state can have its own type of Communism so long as they obey the Central Government

Commissioners

What is this group?

• Commissioners are the Vanguard Lawyers

• Commissioners can get permission to represent people in the Vanguard Court

Membership

• Anybody may join the Commissioners unless censured by Autocrat Gluon

• You can ask Autocrat Gluon for a pardon from a censure

What is this group?

• The Presidium is the Vanguard's Congress who help Gluon know what the people want

• The Presidium is made up of Union Leaders, Government Department Officials, and Allied Soviet Leaders

• Represent the desires of the working class so Gluon knowns what people want

Negotiators

What is this group?

• The Negotiators help Gluon negotiate with other countries

• Negotiators can help with making Embassies for the Vanguard

• Soviets (citizens, allies, clients) may join Negotiators

Mission Statement

• Help the Vanguard make alliances with other nations

• Help the Vanguard hold itself together by doing inter nation negotiations

• Help settle disputes between members without getting the court involved
