Gluon declares that Vosmeonia and Stoevania are seceded from Valria

Gluon declares Valria is renamed to South Haven

South Haven claims lands on Stoevania

Haven claims lands on Vosmeonia 

Royal and Kitchen refuse to accept the treaty and kill Gluon's animals

They then riot against Dark

Royal and Kitchen declare the People's Republic of Stoevania and Vosmeonia

Later they'd join Haven after Dark used a exploit to destroy all of Vosmeonian stuff (they also briefly launched a revenge attack on the International Market)
