After the IronThrone was partitioned between Utopia and Sentinels there was a third area that didn't form its own country and instead was considered a Neutral Territory.
Eventually this area renamed itself to the Imperium and was annexed into Owtia. Gluon however decided to reform the concept of a Neutral Nation as a UNFS.
