Madripoor was raided by admin who thought they were hosting Royal's dupping program. Unfortunately it turned out this raid was a mistake and Madripoor despite compensation would never recover their spirit. Madripoor was later convinced into complete annexation into Wineland. Later it was bought and sold by various parties.
