A Vocabulary

The A vocabulary exists for basic communication of facts which allows Ingsoc Citizens to live out their lives and coordinate economic activities. These are for personal use and for commanding citizens.

3: Nouns

• Big Goofy: Our savior who guides Ingsoc. Big Goofy is always watching.

• Ingsoc: A party for the people, Ingsoc is truth, reality is social perception which is guided by Ingsoc.

• Newspeak: A efficient doubleplusgood language Ingsoc invented for the people.

• Oldspeak: A barbaric, inefficient, thoughcrime, and doubleplusungood way to speak.

• Sentinels: See gov issued policy of whether we're at war or peace.

• Prospectors: See gov issued policy of whether we're at war or peace.

• Brotherhood: Any who aren't in Ingsoc. Synonymous with enemies.

• Bourgeoisie: Evil, lazy, and steal rather than helping. They used to exist before Ingsoc killed them all.

• Proles: Those who serve Ingsoc diligently and are good.

• Outer Party: Those who serve Ingsoc plusdiligently and are plusgood.

• Inner Party: Those who serve Ingsoc doubleplusdiligently and are doubleplusgood.

• Unperson: They don't exist and are just hallucinations.

Things that don't exist anymore...

• Exploring (Ingsoc already knows everything).

• Inventing (only Ingsoc invents things).

• Killing a ally is not a real concept. If you kill you are either killing a enemy or removing a unperson from your perception. The only alternative is that you're a unperson and people are hallucinating that you killed them.

B Vocabulary

The B vocabulary exists for party furvor and coordination of propaganda.

• BG (Big Goofy)

• Prolefeed (our media network)

• Thinkpol (thought police)

• Joycamp (labor camps)

• Crimestop (to not understand or to stop oneself from thinking ungood thoughts about Ingsoc)

• Rectify (to restore a piece of media to how Ingsoc says it should be)

• Blackwhite (blind acceptance of truth)

• Malquote (when Ingsoc says someone never said something but people pretend otherwise)

C Vocabulary

The C vocabulary exists for scientific studies and military coordination.

• Redacted so Proles are not overwhelmed.

• Redacted so Proles aren't infected with thoughtcrimes.

• Only upper party can understand and not thoughtcrime with C Vocabulary.

D Vocabulary

The D vocabulary exists for additional words which the bourgeoisie tried to steal from us but we've taken those words back and redefined them.
