Gluon declares the Azulian Commonwealth will have her as President and a Senate

Each citizen can request a state within the Azulia Commonwealth or establish a new state

Having a state grants you a seat on the Senate

Azulia and Nebulous Empire agree to each own half of the canal zone, Azulia to the north and Nebulous Empire to the south
