Cause of the Riot

Tis gets mad about the taxes Gluon and Goofy passed

Tis threatens President Goofy and threatens the UN saying he has a TNT launcher and will attack the UN if they don't lower the taxes

Gluon declares she'll protect Goofy and the UN

The Riot Happens

Tis shows up to riot and is intercepted by Gluon, Gluon challenges Tis and Tis pulls out a bunch of new magic Gluon has never seen before

Gluon manages to kill Tis anyway and puts down the riot
