Cee Skills, provided by Studyra Academy (“we”, “us”, or “our”), helps users explore courses, jobs, internships, career resources, and related services. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our app and connected website.

Depending on the features you use, we collect:
Registration information: name, mobile number, location, and account verification details.
Profile information: education, qualifications, experience, interests, and other details you choose to provide.
Applications and enquiries: selected courses or jobs, application details, counselling requests, brochure requests, and related follow-up records.
Uploaded content: profile images, resumes, and other files you submit.
Activity information: saved or liked courses and jobs, video interactions, comments, and referral activity.
Technical information: device and app information, notification tokens, network information, and error records needed to operate and maintain the service.
We use information to verify accounts, maintain profiles, process applications and enquiries, provide recommendations, deliver requested services, manage referrals, send relevant notifications, respond to support requests, and prevent misuse.
Your mobile number is used for OTP verification. Our SMS delivery provider processes the information needed to deliver verification messages.
Where enabled, Firebase services support app notifications. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
Authorised members of the Studyra Academy team can access the name, mobile number, location, education details, and other relevant information you submit through Cee Skills. When you apply for a course, request counselling, submit an enquiry, request a brochure, or ask for another service, the team may use these details to contact you about your request, explain suitable courses, and provide admission or career guidance.
Contact may take place through telephone calls, SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details you provide and your communication preferences. You may ask us to stop optional counselling or promotional follow-ups by contacting wallpaperfreenow@gmail.com. Necessary account and service communications may still be sent.
Relevant application information may be shared with the employer, institution, or service provider connected to an opportunity or service you request. Review the opportunity and submit only information you wish to provide for that purpose.
Service providers supporting hosting, OTP delivery, notifications, advertising, and technical operations may process information needed to provide their services.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, or address security incidents.
Where advertising is enabled, Google AdMob and any configured advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information under their privacy policies and applicable consent settings.
The app may display third-party websites, videos, or other content. Those services have their own privacy practices, which apply when you interact with them.
Some features may request access to notifications, your camera, or selected photos and files. You can manage permissions through your device settings. Declining a permission may limit the feature that requires it.
Account information, applications, enquiries, and content submitted for online services are stored on systems used to operate Cee Skills and Studyra Academy’s related services.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide those services, manage outstanding requests, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing wallpaperfreenow@gmail.com.
To request account deletion, use the subject “Cee Skills Account Deletion” and include your registered mobile number. Do not send your OTP or password. We may verify account ownership before processing the request.
Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or unresolved transactions. Where applicable, we will explain any such retention. Backup copies may remain until they are removed through the normal backup cycle.
Deleting the app from your device does not itself delete your account or server records.
Cee Skills provides education and career-related services. If you are below the age at which you can provide valid consent under applicable law, a parent or guardian should review and authorise your use where required.
Parents or guardians with concerns about a child’s information can contact us to request review or deletion.
We may update this policy when our services or privacy practices change. The updated policy will be published with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
