Welcome

Hi there, my name is Cedric Luger. I am a PhD student in Mathematics under the supervision of Ariyan Javanpeykar and Manuel Blickle at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.

My research interest is arithmetic geometry, in particular the study of rational points on varieties with the Hilbert property and hyperbolic varieties, and the conjectures concerning those by Campana, Corvaja–Zannier and Lang–Vojta.
